These are a perfect appetizer for a summer BBQ. Avocado, bacon, cream cheese and hot sauce wrapped up in a flaky puff pastry shell…Yum! They are super easy to make, which I love, and use prepackaged puff pastry, so, not a lot of time either. We used one sheet of puff pastry, cut into 8 pieces, yielding 4 big puffs. You could cut them into smaller squares too to make smaller hula puffs and really stretch your ingredients. Smaller puffs, almost bite size, would be perfect for a grab-n-go appetizer.
