Who knew Guinness with ice cream could be so good? We didn’t. So we tried it and we were pleasantly surprised.
Guinness Float

Ingredients
- 1 bottle Guinness (your favorite kind)
- 4 scoops chocolate or vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream and chocolate sauce to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place two scoops of ice cream in each cup. Fill with Guinness.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
