It’s time for a great fall cocktail! With apple cider available everywhere during the season it seemed like the perfect ingredient. This deliciously crisp bourbon cocktail is just what you need.
For this recipe, I used Bulleit Bourbon and Thatchers Apple Spice Ginger Liqueur. You can find a great selection of ginger liqueurs here.

- 3oz Apple Cider
- 1 1/2oz Bourbon Whiskey
- 1/2oz Ginger Liqueur
- Fresh grated ginger
- Cinnamon stick or garnish
- Combine cider, bourbon, liqueur and ginger in a shaker with ice. Shake!
- Pour into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick and enjoy!
