Blue Cheese Coleslaw

This is a great recipe to mix up your usual meals served with coleslaw. We ate this by itself and it was fabulous. Then we tried it in a pulled pork sandwich and it was equally fabulous! This isn’t your typical boring ol’ coleslaw. This recipe has been taken up a notch and it is so so good!
