If you don’t know what Biscoff is, you are seriously missing out.
Biscoff cookies are a favorite in Europe to have while drinking coffee. You can find them in the states at almost every grocery store. If you look by the peanut butter, you’ll find Biscoff spread. It is mind-blowing delicious!
When we ran across this recipe for Biscoff cookies from chef-in-training on Pinterest, we just knew we had to make them! They are so soft and delicious. You will love them! We promise.
Start by creaming together the butter and Biscoff Spread.
Add the brown sugar,
and the white sugar and continue creaming.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix again.
Mix in the chips until evenly distributed.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Take them out when they just start barely browning on the tops but do not bake longer than 10 minutes.
Makes: about 4 1/2 dozen
Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2/3 cups Biscoff Spread
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions

- Mix chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not bake longer than 10 minutes.
